Honda India resumes normal output

Honda India has been facing production problems due to non-supply of parts from Thailand.  Now, the situation has improved as the supply of the parts from China and Japan has started. As of today, company's plant at Noida near Delhi is back to full two-shift operation and will be producing up to 370 cars a day. That number will be on the rise till about March of this year when the plant is expected to hit peak production capacity.  This will lead to clearance of waiting lists for Brio and Jazz, two hatchbacks very much in demand in India. Backlog for Brio is likely to be cleared by March end and for Jazz it will be clear by May.

Production for Brio is resuming from mid-February and Jazz will be produced from February end.
