Top Ten Best Selling Cars in India - November 2012

Following is the list of top ten best sellers in India during the month of November 2012.  Figures have been rounded off to nearest 100 -

1.  Suzuki Alto (23600)
2.  Suzuki Swift (17300)
3.  Suzuki Dzire (13500)
4.  Suzuki Wagon R (11100)
5.  Mahindra Bolero (10100)
6.  Hyundai i10 (9800)
7.  Hyundai Eon (8400)
8.  Hyundai i20 (7800)
9.  Suzuki Ertiga (7300)
10. Tata Indica (7000)

Out of top 10, five cars were Suzuki productions which indicated how much these products are in demand due to ease of maintenance and very good fuel efficiency.  Suzuki has a market share of 43 per cent of all cars sold in India during this month which is much higher compared to that of second rank which goes to Hyundai with 16 per cent market share.  Suzuki during this period sold 90,900 cars.  Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata and Toyota were third, fourth and fifth in this race respectively,
